"Good practice"

I had filled in a klinik form re an issue and had a f2f appt at the practice, it was so nice to speak to someone in person. I then was sent for a blood test as I'd not had one for over 5 years mainly due to the COVID issues. This was then followed up by a call from a doctor who talked me through the results and was very helpful and patiently listened and answered all my questions. All in all a very good experience, I feel cared for if that doesn't sound too daft.
