"Sleep Clinic Results"

About: Buckland Hospital

I have visited the sleep clinic and conducted a test on 17 May. I have not heard back since one way or another. I called twice but was not able to speak to anyone - just an automated message about a 'long wait' . I understand resources are what they are but maybe a message, even an automated one, with a loose estimate of waiting times would be helpful ? At this stage I am not sure if my results are processed, lost, considered, incomplete (and I would have to do this all again) or just metamorphized into a rather fetching summer hat... any information would be lovely.

Thank you

Thank you so much for sending your feedback.

I am the Patient Feedback Co-ordinator for the Trust.

Please could you contact me via my team email address which is ekhuft.patientvoice@nhs.net with your full name, DOB, Postcode and contact number and I will pass on your query to senior staff in the Respiratory department to see if they can find out more regarding your results.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Josh
