"The staff were fantastic"

I had been referred by an orthopaedic consultant to have an Ultrasound guided steroid injection to my shoulder . 

I was feeling a little apprehensive due to a friend telling me what a painful experience they had.

The time duĺy arrive & was taken dead on time. From the outset the staff were fantastic, explaining what was happening & asking about holidays etc to distract me 😀

To be honest, I thought, right, that's the local done, now for the Mother load.

Dr, right that's you good to go!

One thing I would suggest & I appreciate everyone is different & might be some technical reasons, but I felt it might have been better to have the injections ready to go, rather than pull the ampoules up in front of me. Could possibly have been done behind me?

Other than that, very happy.
