My grandad had been struggling to communicate so we called 111 immediately, the ambulance turned up as soon as we arrived, Ben and his colleague (unsure of her name) were absolutely fantastic, they got him to Southend hospital as soon as possible and even came later to check on him and his progress, they are an absolute asset the ambulance service! They helped Grandad to remain calm and even kept it light hearted for him as he loves a good joke. It was so wonderful to see such kind people working with him and I truly believe anyone that gets the pleasure of meeting them both will be in the best most capable hands!
