"Fantastic, very helpful "

I moved into Weston Jan 2025. Beaconside /Weeping Cross surgeries have been absolutely fantastic. Having regular appointments to see a diabetes nurse at Beaconside, so friendly &

accommodating, always goes that extra mile. I went to the wrong surgery at Beacon side& that’s when I realised it was called Beaconside, the receptionist so very helpful, sorting out Google maps & phoned Weeping Cross, put note onto system to say I had arrived at the wrong surgery, but on my way to Weeping Cross. Having been a good 1/2 hour late for appointment, the receptionist advised to wait & I would be seen. So very helpful & helped to get my Libre sensor, registered to herself & to look at a course online, to help myself with my diabetes. I am so happy & grateful for all the care, information & accommodating everyone has been too me. Also so pleasant, the reception work so hard getting clients appointments at either surgery.
