"Kind and caring"

I received kind, friendly and patient help from the GP and other staff today. I went in with something that needed attention that I brought on myself- a poor attempt to self-treat. But there was no judgment, just concern to have it dealt with swiftly and properly. Time was taken to explain and do the necessary treatment, even though appointments were running late, and it was the end of the day. One of my most positive experiences of the NHS. Thank you so much.
