My husband had a problem with his hearing aid. We contacted Kenmore at 2.30 pm and they said a doctor would refer him to the Audiology department and request an appointment. This could have taken some time.
What. actually happened was a doctor rang us at home and gave us details so we could make contact ourselves. A simple, prompt and pragmatic solution
