"Constantly communicating to put me at ease"

I have a history of mental health issues including PTSD which prevented me from accessing services in the past. Dr K and my nurse for the appointment could not have made me feel more comfortable or at ease for the procedure, working with both my mental health issues and current mobility restriction's.

They were supportive throughout, constantly communicating to put me at ease as well as clearly explaining my options. No judgements were made and not only made the procedure totally bearable but also significantly changed my views around accessing service in the future. Honestly, I cannot thank both of them enough.
