"Came away feeling rushed and confused"

About: Western Health & Social Care Trust / Community Midwifery Services

(as a service user),

Attended our first, 12 week, scan recently in Strabane health centre. Staff all lovely and couldn’t be nicer apart from the Dr who seen us. They were so passive and dismissive. When we asked for a scan picture they said it wasn’t so clear and they hadn’t printed any and said we will get them the next time.

Went to ask a few health related questions about pregnancy and they were so unhelpful and dismissive.  This member of staff does not promote patient centred care. Came away feeling rushed and confused.

Thank You talontp47 for taking the time to share your feedback following your visit to Strabane health centre for your 12 week scan. Firstly I am pleased to hear that you found our staff nice and welcoming. I am sorry to hear that your experience with one of our Doctors did not meet your expectations. Can you please contact myself on the number below so I can obtain further details from you and look into this matter further.

Thank you once again for your feedback.
