"Professional and thorough approach"

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ade for the excellent care he has provided to our son.

He has been closely involved throughout and has always taken the time to listen, explain things clearly, and involve us in decisions. Dr. Ade approaches things in a calm, measured way and is thorough in both his thinking and communication. There’s a real genuineness to how Dr. Ade works, and that’s something we’ve really appreciated.

He pays attention to the details, and it’s also clear that he cares about the children he looks after. It comes across in how he speaks to them, how he listens, and the way he approaches their care.

We’d also like to thank Dr. Karayiannis and Dr. Sweeney, who have both contributed to our son's care. They’ve both taken a caring,  thoughtful, professional and thorough approach that we’ve really appreciated.

A special thank you to Sarah, the paediatric dietitian. She has been practical, clear, and always willing to take the time to look at what does or doesn’t work for him, she is also very approachable and responsive. Her input has been invaluable.

Finally, thank you to the nurses and care assistant in Day Case. They’ve been friendly, consistent, and made a real effort to help him feel comfortable.
