"Great speedy experience"

I completed the online referral form at 19:00 online when it opened to be offered an appointment as soon as 08:45 the next day. Was seen by a lovely and thorough advanced clinical practitioner who put me at ease and checked everything through. She managed to book me in for a blood test the same day only an hour later. Bloods were taken by a lovely lady who also put me at ease with her friendly manor, got the bloods first attempt with no discomfort. I can see that they have requested a thorough selection of bloods. Overall fantastic experience and worth commenting on as I know doctors surgeries can get a lot of backlash. Feel a lot more at ease now I have been seen so thank you!
