"Refusal to help me"

About: General practices in Lanarkshire University Hospital Wishaw / Cardiology (Ward 4) University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as a service user),

I first started having palpations and pain in my chest and arm I had to go to A&E and the doctors multiple times I was referred to cardiology and they discharged me before seeing me. I was later told in A&E I needed beta blockers the GP finally gave me them after seeing them again twice.

I still haven't seen cardiology.

I have also had problems with clots, heavy bleeding, excruciating pain and cramps since I was 13. I have seen gynaecology multiple times, they gave me more birth control and they refused laparoscopy. I was then put on the depo jag and have been cancelled on twice. My stomach has now been bloated for 1 month and have been to A&E, out of hours and the GP multiple times and no one is helping me.

I was told by out of hours I am chronically ill and just have to live with it.

I have phoned gynaecology and they said they can't see me sooner, I need a referral from the GP for ward 13 in Wishaw and the GP refused.

After being in A&E recently they wrote a letter to my doctor saying they have to see me today. I called my GP and was refused saying I should call another morning.

I have bad mental health problems and haven't seen my psychiatrist since last year and they also won't help me, I've recently finished my therapy.

I tried to end my life around 2 months ago and now I'm still suicidal due to being left ill. I can't do anything anymore, I am constantly in pain and in and out of doctors or hospital with no help or pain relief.

I mentally can't take this anymore and don't even want to live.
