"Disappointing! "

Making an appointment here is incredibly difficult, long wait times, and I’ve had poor interactions with receptionists in being able to make appointments or ask questions. I felt my conditions were not taken seriously and had to keep explaining myself to more than one staff member to be able to get an appointment, which was telephone. Incredibly slow responses, and did not feel looked after at all, disappointed in this surgery.
