"Very responsive care"

Stock Hill Surgery look after my very elderly parents with multiple conditions. On a number of occasions I've need to raise requests for various services using the online system and the response has been excellent - some issues have been sorted out within minutes . We've also had same-day action where home visits by a healthcare professional have been necessary. It's very comforting to know that appropriate help is still available at short notice.
