"Scan on an open wound"

About: James Wigg Practice

(as the patient),

I attended Kentish Town Health Centre run by the James Wigg Group for a scan on an open wound.

After wiping off the gel, I asked for antiseptic and a bandage - zero supplies at scanner -  but got redirected apologetically (nurses and radiologist were super kind and empathetic) to a doctor next door for cream and a plaster.

The doctor told me I am not their patient and they don't have anything to do with me.

I went to reception to ask for Savlon and a large plaster/dressing, and was told I have to make an appointment with my GP to request that, and they can't help me.

They allowed the patient to walk out with an infected open wound - a burst abscess - through two building sites outside their clinic.
