No one wants to leave a bad review but it is a last resort. Appalling surgery. No one ever answers the phone. Clinician completely ignored my scheduled appointment. Just trying to get a repeat prescription is like pulling teeth. Appreciate there will be people who have serious medical issues that take priority but for those of us who ask for very little, you make it so difficult and it is hugely frustrating spending hours (yes hours) waiting for the phone to be answered or a response. The online system is cumbersome, asking long detailed questions when I just wanted a repeat prescription.
