I've just walked out of the Kentish Town Health Centre run by the James Wigg group for a scan on an open wound. After wiping off the gel I asked for antiseptic and a bandage - zero supplies at scanner, but got redirected apologetically to a doctor next door for cream and a plaster who literally told me to get out 'you are not my patient I don't have anything to do with you.' Went to reception to ask for savlon and a large plaster / dressing and was told 'you have to make an appointment with your GP to request that we can't help you.' A lb NHS outsourced privately run group allowing its patient to walk out with an infected open wound through two building sites outside their clinic. I am impressed, truly.
"Unprofessional, rude and medically unsafe"
