"Lovely, kind and helpful receptionist "

I was in a position this morning where I desperately needed help to sort out an urgent medication/health problem.

I spoke to a wonderful person in reception (I wish we were allowed to use names!) and she couldn't have done more to help me.

She was so kind, empathetic and really wanted to help me - which she did. She managed to help me get what I needed within a couple of hours.

I can honestly say that I would not have managed today without her and I am so grateful.

Thank you so, so much for everything you did for me.

I have always found every single receptionist and doctor to be great, they do their best under tough circumstances and often end up the target of people's frustration and anger.

I've been with Yorkleigh for many years and would never go anywhere else.
