Thank you so much to Nurse Harley and her student nurse Keira. My son came in for some blood allergy testings. Prior to this visit my son was so nervous and worried that it would be sore and if he would bleed, as he has a phobia of blood.
After arriving at the hospital and meeting with Harley and Keira his worries slowly disappeared. They were so gentle and patient. They explained what was going to happen at every step and went at his pace. The way they were with him also relieved any stress that I had as well, as I was expecting him to be upset and put up a fight to have these testing done. He even got a sticker, which he was delighted with.
They are both a credit to the NHS/ Children's hospital and I hope any further visits go as smoothly as this one did all thanks to these angels. Thank you so much ⭐
