When I first met Kate she gave the room a lighter feeling. She listened to my life's history... God bless her on that alone. Then the following appointment i had with her. She had all this information about all these activities that I showed interest in on the previous week. So, from the get go I got the impression that this isn't just a job to her. Therapy weirdly became an enjoyable experience. So, hats off to her for creating that environment!
