"Rude staff, incompetent administrators. "

Im severely disabled and have been with this surgery for a while, the receptionist is extremely rude and even had lied to the point i recorded them for social Media and YouTube.

I was waiting for an emergency referral to the mental health team after speaking to the gp

They not only Didnt refer me and made me start the whole process again they completely lost my medical records or rather (redacted) me.

They removed me because I had moved even though im still in the area!

This surgery not only Did not refer me they would have waited until I was days late of medication before i had realised (life threatening for me!)

The receptionist is that rude im actually going to upload this and expose this surgery once and for all she not only gaslight me and said “I’ve never been to the surgery” but her attitude to someone mid crisis is disgraceful she even hung up on me.

I’d like to state and prove if necessary that I wasn’t rude and didn’t use abusive speech so this is unfair and a disrespectful to anyone seeking help at your surgery.
