Went to A&E with my child. First a nurse saw her. Then a doctor and she said they don't have the specialist.

She said wait till I contact with the specialist and confirm when they come and then no news for a long time.

I saw her again and she keep saying I am with another patient.

We even asked where the specialist is and they said you shouldn't leave and wait for the news.

If the doctor took my child she should finish her care and then start with another patient.

If you don't have the specialist then check where they are and guide us through. Don't waste your time and ours with services like this.

A bit more care for patient and your own time too won't hurt.
