"Supported by staff at all times"

When I as on detox my experience was exceptional, 1st class.

The care was 10/10 from detox staff. There is nothing I would have changed about my time.

I feel the facilities were good and don’t feel like any improvements could have been made.

I feel supported by staff at all times.

The beds and bedding weren’t very comfortable especially when in the first days of detox when I was experiencing alcohol withdrawals.

I feel New Beginnings would benefit from having excersise equipment and more walks when staff can facilitate as this benefits peoples mental health.

I would 100% recommend someone complete a detox at new beginnings if they need it.
