"10/10 care"

I had a good experience at New Beginnings. I would rate the care 10/10.

I enjoyed meeting all the staff and other service users.

There was plenty of support during my detox, the staff couldn’t have done any more.

The facilities were all comfortable and clean.

I don’t feel like there is anything that can be improved.

I find groups beneficial however I do prefer core morning groups to afternoon.

I have nearly completed the Structured Day Programme and am in my last 6 weeks of After Care.
