"Rude reception team"

Reception team does not understand medical terms or conditions, is not supportive when you have a medical emergency and has even told me that I am responsible for alternate medicine for my child and GP surgery cannot help. Operations manager has been the same and talking to them has caused me so much stress. They dont let you talk to GP, they cancelled the appointment I got through 111.
