"There were no tears as the staff done such an amazing job"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Outpatient Department

(as a parent/guardian),

Our little girl was in clinic 3 to get a blood test and the staff were brilliant.

My daughter was so happy from the moment she walked in the door - she's only 22 months and there were no tears as the staff done such an amazing job making her feel safe and comfortable.

Over the moon with our treatment today

Good afternoon @limabz38

As the Senior Charge Nurse of the Outpatients Department, I wanted to thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us

We're absolutely delighted to hear that your little girl felt happy and safe during her visit to Clinic 3. At just 22 months, it's so important that her first experiences with healthcare are positive ones, and it means the world to us that she left with a smile and no tears. My team work hard to create a warm, welcoming environment for every child, and your feedback is a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do.

We're truly delighted to know you were pleased with the care your daughter received.

Wishing you and your daughter all the very best.

Kindest wishes
