Reception staff wonderful , very polite , helpful and welcoming
OT staff very kind, professional, helpful and informative
Waiting area bland , hot and automatic doors appear to stick and make annoying noise
A bit of colour in the waiting area would be nice , calming classical music or white noise would be helpful too , privacy for reception staff to talk etc
