I am absolutely appalled! The wheelchairs do not even steer properly! I had a member of staff approach me and told me to pull the wheelchair backwards. For someone that works for the NHS I am absolutely disgusted. Poor Manual Handling advice given! Maintenance should be aware of the wheelchairs and should be either fixing or ordering new ones!
