About: Talking Therapies Doncaster

(as the patient),

I started this for my really bad anxiety where I can’t leave the house. I had 1 session, then I had to wait over a month for another appointment. My phone service went down, so I didn’t get the call by the time it was up and running again. Within less than 24 hours they had completely removed me off the system and now I’m back to stage 1 on my own

Hi Saffyyu,

I am sorry to hear about your experience of the service. I work as a Team Manager within RDASH Talking Therapies. We appreciate any feedback whether this is positive or negative.

Therapists should make a number of attempts to contact the person at the time of the scheduled appointment. At the time of the appointment, after 5 minute and 10 minutes.

I am sorry to hear that you had problems with your phone service going down and being unable to take the call at the time of the telephone appointment.

If you would like to book back in with the same therapist or a different therapist please call us on 03000 211556 or email us on rdash.nhsdoncaster-tt@nhs.net. We can then get another appointment arranged to help with your anxiety and the impact it is having on you being unable to leave the house.

Kind Regards,

Tim Godley
