The men's groupwork ran for 6 weeks and I found it good. I had done a lot before so it was like a refresher of same techniques.
I found STOPP and think worked well and reminding not to get stressed out and acceptance is a big thing.
The staff were great.
This helped keep me sober and made be feel helped rather than punished.
