"Group has saved my life"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

They have saved my life. Apart from the keyworkers, regarding the RITS group, I personally feel this group is the only group I feel safe enough to share.  It lifts so much pressure off my mind.

Thank you for your feedback.

RITS has been a great success at Eastleigh Inclusion and this is thanks to the facilitators.

There are many other parts to recovery and it is important to have a healthy balance. We are currently in the process of looking at things that are available within the local community, regarding hobbies/interests, recovery based groups/meetings, wellbeing, physical health etc
