"I was greeted with a cheery smile at reception"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I was greeted with a cheery smile at reception, taken through by Claire who did all my stats, bloods etc and made me feel very welcome and relaxed.

I was then seen by Lynne and her team for the procedure and again really made me welcome and relaxed, after which I was 'transported' to the ward where I was greeted by Jackie and Shona who were fantastic, they brought me two cups of tea (as I was thirsty) toast jam etc.

The whole experience was made me feel relaxed and comfortably. Well done to all who I met for you professionalism, care and commitment you are a credit to the Hospital.
