"My mum received fantastic care from all the staff"

My elderly mum has heart failure and needed a review of her medication as some were causing side effects.

The gp we saw and two nurses were excellent and offered care, support and showed empathy throughout mums visit. They made mum feel important and that nothing was too much trouble. Genuine caring attitude which sadly appears to be forgotten in so many other NHS establishments.

The service mum received reminded us of good old fashioned care and attention that we all want to receive from our NHS. Thank you.
