About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

David and Vicki at Stirling plastic surgery dept removed a mole for me, I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking  but the wonderful sense of humour soon had me relaxing. They were so caring and lovely I really can’t thank them enough. David tried to reassure me about waiting for my results as I’ve had malignant melanoma twice and he knew I was going to be so stressed waiting for the results. Hopefully they’ll come soon. Honestly if you go to this dept and you have David and Vicki you’ll be well looked after

I am delighted to hear you felt Vicky and I were able to help you relax.

(although I do tend to blether a lot!)

There is nothing I can do to reduce your anxiety about the results, except to reassure you that whatever they show, we will try our best to fix it (if needed).

Hopefully everything is healing well and you didn't feel too uncomfortable afterwards.
