Dear Mulmac,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such kind and heartfelt words. We’re truly sorry to hear about your husband’s recent heart attack, but incredibly grateful to know he received the care and support he needed.

Your message has been shared with the teams in Wishaw Emergency Department and the Scottish Ambulance Service. Anna, Graham, and Bobby will be deeply touched to know the difference they made during such a critical time. Their calm professionalism, compassion, and dedication are exactly what we strive for every day, and your recognition means a great deal.

Wishing your husband a smooth and steady recovery. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything more we can do.

Warmest regards,

Julie.
