(as the patient),

I recently had a hip replacement.  All the staff were excellent, from the anaesthetists in theatre putting me at ease, to the staff in B12.  A special mention to Sophie who was on the night shift, for her friendly can-do attitude, a prime example of a good nurse.  Thank you Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
