"Wonderful, professional and devoted people"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency North Devon District Hospital / Cancer Services North Devon District Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit North Devon District Hospital / Palliative Care North Devon District Hospital / Upper GI Surgery

(as the patient),

I became seriously ill while undergoing cancer treatment. From the ambulance crew, through A&E, MAU ward, Alexander ward to Upper GI and Oncology I have seen nursing care at its best. This hospital has the most wonderful, professional and devoted people working in it. Dr Kershaw and all the Upper GI nurses have been, and continue to be so kind and supportive.  A special mention to Dr Choudrai (palliative/hospice) for his thoroughness, attention to detail and exceptional 'bedside manner'. Thank you all for the care you gave me.
