About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I had a terrible time and wanted to leave this world . I had made plans , left a note to apologise to my family and was hoping to be free from pain. I was very lucky two police officers and my brother saved me as I tried to take action. I am now feeling better . I can’t thank the nurse enough who took time with me that day . She was an amazing support. She spent time chatting and was a real comfort. I am so sorry to say I can’t remember all the names . But I am sure the nurse was call Veronica but allowed me to call her Vee.
