"Staff were kind and thoughtful"

About: New Cross Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

Staff were kind and thoughtful to mum and us as a family,

ANP Chris was professional, informative and nothing was too much trouble.

Ward was clean, tidy and well organised.

Mum was later transferred to C24 and when her tablets went missing on C24, C12 staff supported me to locate them
