"Excellent care and People"

When I needed dressing changed, on a badly damaged, hand injury, I was told, (on holiday), to ensure I get it checked at 3 days and 6. My local practice, did not have and appointments, so I went to Cirencester. What a credit to the NHS, I did not realise that there were 5* hospitals left. Excellent staff, efficient, freindly.

Special thanks to the nurses, that sorted my care, all were amazing.

Special mention for the nurse, when (even at 75), I was really worried about what kind of mess my hand would be in, but calm assurance and professionalism, was all that I needed.

Well done and thanks everyone, down to the lady on the reception, sorted the opening of my coke can!!!!!
