"Terrible reception & clinical pharmacist"

All of the below reviews are 5 star. And now go look and compare with reviews on Google - reviews there are terrible. The reason? management / staff is asking people to write good reviews as a method of manipulating how successful they look in the eyes of NHS and the public reading here.

Actual situation: In 2 specific occasions in June and one specific occasion in May I was subjected to extremely bad attitude from reception staff. The specific one I dealt with was rude, argumentative, refrained from properly answering questions, contradicted themselves frequently, got angry and raised their voices to patients. In between these visits, I had a horrible experience with their clinical pharmacist on 2 separate phone appointments: she is lacking medical/prescription knowledge and has had very bad attitude.

Appointment waiting times to see a doctor were extremely long. I haven't been able to see a DR despite trying for more than 2 months. Horrible place, stay away.

I tried to see someone from management to complain and seek resolution, I was told by receptionist that they would not speak with me.
