"Awful reception service "

There is a very rude elderly receptionist, who is very stern and abrupt in her mannerism. She invariably tells me off every time I have to go to visit the reception desk. It seems she is hard of hearing, and demands you too stand with your face next to the glass shield. In addition, I feel incredibly stressed after dealing with this lady. She shouldn't be allowed to be at the front desk.
