About: Ninewells Hospital / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

I don't usually fill out those opinion forms, but, I felt on this occasion it was merited.

Right from the beginning the nurses, Susan and Cherlie made me feel welcome and relaxed. As I have mild cerebral palsy, the nurses could have not  been more accommodating. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what is expected of them. I found Susan and Cherlie, very considerate and understanding and also friendly. They made the whole experience less worrying.
