Where do I begin!!

I use the Well pharmacy app to put in repeat prescriptions for blood pressure medication, i always put these on at least 2 weeks before I run out. Numerous times they have to send a reminder for the GP to fill the request and then it's cancelled because the GP never does!!.

More recently I had to attend my cervical screening. I called marrymead to arrange an appointment because I live within very close proximity to this practice only to be told the nurse no longer does them here.

I had to take book the appointment at the knebworth surgery and take a day's unpaid leave to attend as I work in London and couldn't guarantee I would get back in time.

When I went for my appointment the nurse informed me that she works from Marrymead every Thursday doing cervical screening!!

So not only did I loose a day's pay I had to pay for taxis there and back because there is no direct bus route.

A very poor service overall.
