Can't get through on the phone so no idea why they have telephones.
Receptionist refused to make an appointment informing me that I had to use the app. Used the app after 30 minutes of having to get passwords and confirmation then filled in the necessary information to be sent an email telling me to go to a walking in centre. My second request for a blood test as requested by my GP has been ignored. The surgery is not fit for purpose now its gone under new management. This shambles is pointless and disgraceful and not fit to be called a surgery. I've been a patient there for 16 years now I'm forced to go elsewhere as the staff cannot operate as a surgery any longer.
