I would like to thank all the endoscopy unit staff, who cared for me at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. 

In the endoscopy unit, the care I received at the was deeply reassuring. All of the endoscopy team were warm, reassuring, and extremely professional.

Before my procedure they explained each step clearly and showed genuine care, which helped ease the anxiety I had. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.
