"Incompetent "

I was invited for a health check which I undertook. Whilst at the appointment at the surgery I made an appointment for a blood test which I attended. Only to be told that blood wasn’t taken at that time, I hadn’t been given any forms, and the person conducting this blood appointment didn’t know why I was there. There was an assumption that I would be stupid enough to waste my time making another appointment. This does not fill me with any confidence that should anything be actually wrong with me that it would be addressed. Also some time ago when I did need assistance I was brushed off by some 20 something locum who had no idea what I actually was experiencing.
