"Diagnosis of Herpes"

Both my partner and I visited the clinic today  and we both have nothing but praise for the experience we both had. We are in an established relationship but after myself experiencing some vaginal discomfort and sudden appearance of blisters we attended the walk in clinic.

Despite feeling anxiety and worry, we were both treated with so much compassion. I got a diagnosis of herpes which upset me during seeing the nurse. However, both the nurse and her second, were so incredibly lovely, reassuring, and helpful. I really appreciate the time and care that was taken and although the news wasn't what i wanted, their compassionate approach made it a little easier to digest.

The nurses were clear in next steps, what i needed to do, and how to manage symptoms, now and in the future.
