I had a flexible cystoscopy done in the day procedure unit building at the Belfast city hospital late June. I was greeted by a lovely nurse called Somy who made me feel so comfortable from the start and helped me feel at ease as I was very anxious. Ms woolsey is fantastic at her job and is very supportive also. I would like to just say a big thank you again to Somy and Ms woolsey they are amazing
