It's me again, was admitted Tuesday evening with internal bleeding to A and E, again I can't thank the Nurses, Doctors and support staff for their care, empathy and kindness. I was then moved to Combined Assessment Unit, Lime section I think and again Nursing Staff and Support staff were second to none, 10 out of 10. It's been a tough year for some reason, have been admitted two or three times and I find it difficult because I feel I am being a nuisance but all staff put me at ease and look after me, thank you all so much.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within the Combined Assessment Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse.

I’m sorry to hear that you required another admission into hospital. You really are having a tough time this year and I’m sure this must be a really anxious time for you. It is great to know that you have received such prompt, professional and compassionate care, from our staff and that they are able to put you at ease while you are under their care. Please don’t ever feel that you are being a nuisance.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Teams in the Department, but especially with the staff in the Lime Zone of the CAU.

I do hope you are feeling better now and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.
